ChatGhost operates primarily on your local machine. We use your browser's local storage to save your application settings, custom CRM tags, and your LemonSqueezy license key. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal Instagram direct messages to our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

To function properly, ChatGhost communicates with specific secure third-party APIs:

• LemonSqueezy: Used strictly to validate your premium license key status.
• OpenAI (Future integration): Used to generate AI text drafts based on the chat context. Your data is not used to train their public models.

We absolutely do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or chat data to any third parties.
